I have a Masters Degree in Science, Clinical Mental Health and graduated from Western Connecticut State University. I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed addiction and drug counselor. I have a background in working with dual diagnosis clients, first responders, and clients with anxiety and depression. I am passionate about my clients feeling supported in a productive and nonjudgemental space. I am a wife and mother. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to find hope and healing. I believe that forming a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation towards healing and overcoming life’s challenges.
